Both JAE Electronics, Inc. and JAE Oregon, Inc. are wholly-owned by Japan Aviation Electronics Industry, Ltd., located in Tokyo, Japan. Founded in 1953, Japan Aviation Electronics Industry, Ltd. has operated with the corporate philosophy, "Explore, Create and Practice".
